Type A: 3 room apartment on the first floor. Living-/dining area with open kitchen, 1 doble bed bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom, balcony and roof garden with nice ocean view.
Type B: 3 room town houses:
-Type B-garden: living-/dining area with open kitchen and garden terrace on the ground floor and 1 doble bed bedroom, 1 twin bed bedroom and bathroom on the 1st. floor,
or
- Type B-roof garden: 1 doble bed bedroom, 1 twin bed bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and living-/dining area with open kitchen, balcony to the swimming pool with ocean view and access to a roof garden on the 1st. floor.
Type C: 4 room town house. On the ground floor: Large living-/dining area with sofa bed and fireplace, kitchen and garden terrace directly toward the beach. On the first floor: 1 bedroom with doble bed and balcony, 1 bedroom with twin beds and balcony, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and another spare bed, bathroom. With Sat-TV and washing machine. |
